In my soft skills trainings I am more of a facilitator than a coach: instead of "training" I focus on ensuring that the atmosphere is receptive, open and dynamic, as I see day by day that without awareness and attitudinal changes the 'training' of skills alone does not work.

 

In my experience, a change of attitude can occur if we give way to spontaneous change rather than by "telling". When there is a change of attitude, there is no setback.

WHAT'S IMPORTANT FOR ME...

 

In each of my past jobs I have expreienced the importance of speaking in front of others and finding the right style of communication for networking and for creating a joyful collaboration.

Communication with clients, without exeption, was essential in all my previous positions: I had to deal with and resolve promptly complex situations in multiple langiages at once.

As an English language trainer, the most inspiring and exciting task was to pass on presentation techniques to teams in sales, marketing and HR. Later, I also gained expreience in developing business communication training materials, which is till useful today in preparing presonalized, company specific trainings.
 


 

For me the gratest joy is the process by which participants in a given training recognize and acknowledge their own strenghts, skills and integrate newly acquired knowledge into their communication solutions.

 


 

My earlier experience as a teacher in adult education gives me a background in working with groups which is fundamental in answering spontaneous questions and in resolving doubts. I feel it is my vocation to deliver the knowledge I have acquired in an enjoyable, motivating and inspiring way.
